• The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any purpose.

• The digital downloads and any related content provided by ManikinPAL LLC do not result in any form of certification. The Company is not affiliated with any professional or educational organization, and participation in the game does not equate to CPR certification or qualification.
• The Participant acknowledges that the game is not intended as a substitute for professional CPR training.

• The Participant assumes all risks associated with downloading, accessing, and using the content provided by the Company. This includes but is not limited to physical or emotional stress, injury, or damage to property.
• The Participant understands that ManikinPAL LLC is not present during the game and has no control over the environment in which the content is used.

• The Participant agrees to waive any and all claims against ManikinPAL LLC, its employees, volunteers, partners, or any associated businesses ("the Released Parties") for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the content, whether such claims are based on negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.
• The Released Parties shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Participant's use of the content.

• The Participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the Participant's use of the content, including but not limited to any physical or emotional harm, property damage, or any other loss resulting from the game. 

• By downloading or accessing the content, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are taking full ownership of the information and all liabilities that may arise from its use.
• The Participant accepts full responsibility for any outcomes, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional stress, or property damage, resulting from their use of the content.

• The Company takes no responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss caused to third parties as a result of the Participant's use of the content.
• The Participant agrees to take full responsibility for ensuring that the content is used safely and appropriately in their chosen environment.

• The digital content provided by the Company is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the explicit written permission of the Company.
• Downloading the content and using it for profit is strictly prohibited.

•  The content provided by the Company is subject to a patent pending status. The Participant agrees not to distribute or share the information in any form that could infringe on the Company's intellectual property rights. 

• If the Participant is under 18 years of age, this waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to download or use the content, the parent or guardian agrees to assume full responsibility for the minor's participation and for any liabilities that may arise.
• The Company cannot confirm the age of participants online and assumes that all Participants under 18 have received parental consent. The parent or guardian will automatically assume responsibility for any minor engaging with the content.

• All emergencies and scenarios presented in the game are simulated for educational and entertainment purposes only. Participants should not attempt to create or simulate real emergencies based on the content provided.
• The Company is not responsible for any actions taken by Participants that result in real-life emergencies or harm.

Welcome to the CPR Escape Room Challenge, provided by ManikinPAL LLC. By accessing, downloading, or using our digital content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. 

•  No Refunds: All sales of our digital products, including the CPR Escape Room Challenge, are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription or access to our content at any time. However, cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle or month. You will retain access to the content until the end of the current month, after which your access will be terminated.
• Content Access: Upon purchase, you are granted access to the digital content for the duration specified. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
• Content Updates: To keep resources fresh and engaging, new content is uploaded weekly and monthly. This ensures that users always have access to the latest materials and challenges.

• Personal Use Only: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the CPR Escape Room Challenge content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
